Armidale Athletics Club is excited to continue our coaching series with Jay Stone on Sunday 1 March.
This session will focus on interval-style middle distance training, designed specifically for junior athletes.
The emphasis will be on:
Running rhythm and pacing
Efficient movement patterns
Developing aerobic confidence
Learning how structured interval training works
This session is suitable for developing middle distance athletes preparing for representative competitions.
