Club Award Policy

Club Awards & Recognition Policy 🏆

At Armidale Athletics Club, we believe every athlete deserves to be recognised for their effort, improvement, participation and achievements throughout the season.

From our youngest Tiny Tots finding their feet in athletics to our older athletes striving for personal bests and club records, we aim to celebrate success in all its forms.

To ensure our end-of-season awards are presented in a fair, consistent and transparent manner, the club has developed a formal Club Awards & Recognition Policy.

This policy outlines how our various awards are determined, including participation medals, age group championship trophies, sportsmanship awards and other special club recognitions. It also explains our points system and the eligibility criteria for receiving awards.

We encourage all athletes and families to familiarise themselves with the policy so they understand how achievements and participation are recognised throughout the season.
