It’s time to celebrate an incredible season at Armidale Athletics Club — and we want every single athlete there with us!

This night is all about recognising the hard work, determination, sportsmanship and personal growth we’ve seen across our age groups from Tots right through to our 13+ athletes.

This is the moment we reflect on the PBs, the record breaks, the muddy shoes, the scorching afternoons, the Wednesday night BBQ dinners and everything in between. If you’ve trained, competed, volunteered, cheered or supported — this night is for you.

🍴 Food & Drinks

We’ll be serving hot finger food platters throughout the evening.

🍹 The bar will be open for families to purchase their drinks of choice.

And the best part?

There is no cost to attend.
We simply want our athletics family together to celebrate the season.

📌 Important Information – Club Medal Eligibility

Club medals are awarded to athletes who have achieved 50% participation in Wednesday Club Competition afternoons throughout the season. This does not apply to Tiny Tot athletes - all will be awarded a club medal.

If you are unsure whether your athlete has met this requirement, please reach out to our Club Registrar, Claire (registrarala28@gmail.com), who can advise you of your athlete’s current participation rate.

We want to avoid any disappointment on presentation night by ensuring families are aware of eligibility ahead of time.

Athletes who do not meet elibility requirements will still recieve a 2025-2026 Season Certificate highlighting their PBs and results.
